CASE MANAGER
Kayla Goodall
Kayla truly manages cases from the beginning to end. She is committed to making sure pre-litigation cases are handled efficiently and thoroughly.
Just some of what she does includes ordering and gathering client's medical records, communicating with insurance companies and adjusters, and helping clients in any way possible to navigate what can be a time-consuming and frustrating process.
PARALEGAL
Olivia Jimmerson
Olivia has a Paralegal Studies degree from Gadsden State Community College. Her main duties are drafting routine pleadings and motions, affidavits, and interrogatories, and files motions and pleadings according to judicial procedures. In addition to keeping the calendar she is instrumental in trial preparation. She hails from Auburn, Alabama but we don't hold that against her.
When not working, she enjoys hiking and being in nature. She also has 7 pets (two dogs ("Hanz" and "Vinni"), three cats ("Meeko", "Bagheera", and "Aurora"), Ball python ("Azalea)", and a bearded dragon ("Ganja").
RECEPTIONIST
Alejandra Tobon
Alejandra is our bilingual receptionist. She is instrumental in communicating with our Spanish-speaking clients and providing great customer service is very important to her. Her free time is spent with family, camping and road trips, learning new languages and walking her dogs ("Venus" and "Martina").
